The blog of Rahoul Baruah from 3hv Ltd

What's going on?

My name is Rahoul Baruah (aka Baz) and I'm a software developer in Leeds (England).

This is a log of things I've discovered while writing software in Ruby on Rails. In other words, geek stuff.

However, I've decided to put this blog on ice - I would ask you to check out my business blog here (or subscribe here).

They said no.

Shit! Thats bad brother!

Maybe if you'll have a second chance, I could help you.

Because today I'm going to finish my Rails Defense document and the translation will be ready on 2 days, then I'll publish on my blog.

If you become interested, i'll have another reason to accelerate the translation process.

I would be very interested to read it - but don't rush on my account. I'm not at all happy about the way things are turning out so I'm considering my future ...

i'm sorry to hear that. thanks in part to your blog, i have a working rails + SQL server setup here at work (and it actually works well with lighttpd/SCGI on windows, a good alternative to apache/FCGI).

too often, "they" are too stuck in their ways to accept change for the better... especially if they didn't get to where they are by actually doing anything innovative themselves.
