Corporate Culture is important

... these creative types felt they were caged animals under the Microsoft umbrella and it was hurting their creativity ... it doesn't bode well for Microsoft management, which showed that it can't handle creative types.


I've said before that culture is vital to the health of an organisation and that an organisation's culture stems directly from the attitudes of the people in charge.
